History

St. Philip’s College, one of the oldest colleges in the nation, is the only college to be federally designated as a historically black college and a Hispanic-serving institution. We have two campuses located on the East and Southwest sides of San Antonio.

Quick Facts are prepared to provide concise reference documents of statistical information about St. Philip's College. It's the intention of the College's Planning, Research and Effectiveness Department to produce similar fact books for each fall semester after official census data becomes available.

    • We now offer a four-year degree a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Cybersecurity.
    • You can choose from a wide range of fields and complete most Associate of Applied Science degrees in two years.
    • One-year programs offer a Certificate of Completion and/or Enhanced Skills Certification.
    • Many degree plans prepare you to transfer to a four-year institution without loss of credit.
    • Southwest Campus also provides customized training for employers in need of a highly skilled workforce.
