St. Philip's College Cyber Tigers Earn Industry-Recognized CompTIA Certifications

The St. Philip’s College Cybersecurity & Information Technology Department is celebrating two Cyber Tigers who have reached important professional milestones by earning industry-recognized CompTIA certifications.

Yaritza Cisneros Delgado successfully passed the CompTIA Security+ Certification Exam, demonstrating essential cybersecurity skills in areas such as threats and vulnerabilities, security operations, security architecture, risk management and incident response.

Kendrick Daniels successfully passed the CompTIA Network+ Certification Exam, validating his knowledge and skills in networking concepts, infrastructure, network operations, security and troubleshooting. These foundational competencies are essential for careers across information technology and cybersecurity.

Their accomplishments represent more than passing an exam. They reflect hard work, persistence, technical knowledge and a commitment to continued professional growth.

Industry certifications complement the classroom instruction, and hands-on learning students receive at St. Philip’s College, helping them demonstrate their skills to prospective employers and prepare for careers in rapidly evolving technology fields.
