About John Williams

I am an adjunct faculty member teaching Mass Communications, basically journalism and advertising. I have been teaching at NLC for 13 years and it has become my passion. My BA is in Broadcast Journalism and my MA is in Mass Communications. I have worked in PR, Advertising and Journalism/Marketing in the private sector and am retired Air Force having served for 25 years on active duty as a public affairs officer, so I bring a lot of experience to the classroom. My other passions are family (fifteen grandkids), golf and music. My favorite authors are John Grisham and David Baldachi. I'm a die-hard Green Bay Packer fan since I am originally from Wisconsin, and of course, the Spurs are the BEST. I am also active in government currently serving as Mayor of Universal City.
