All Open Support Sessions are closed.  If you need assistance with any aspect of Strategic Planning, please reach out to IPPE Staff.

  • Strategic Planning data is supported by the Coordinator of Measurement and Evaluation:
        - Catherine Coppersmith (ccoppersmith@alamo.edu)
  • KPI data at the college level and individual level is supported by Institutional Research:
        - Dr. Savithra Eratne (seratne@alamo.edu)
  • Student Learning Outcomes data is supported by the Director of Learning Outcomes Assessment:
        - Rosalind Ong (sac-slos@alamo.edu or rong@alamo.edu)

    Additionally, your supervisor should be able to provide you with a number of unit-level resources.

4DX Preparation Support - All Divisions (for 4DX Walk-In Lab sessions)

Office of Technology Services staff will be available to help set up Fall 2026 WIG and offer guidance on 4DX Disciplines.
All sessions are in Alamo Talent.
