In preparation for Denim Day on Wednesday, April 26, our Empowerment Center invites you to a jean decorating activity on Wednesday, April 19, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Empowerment Center located at 703 Howard St. to show your support for sexual assault survivors.
Decorating supplies will be provided, but please note you will need to provide your own pair of jeans to decorate. Decorated jeans can be entered into our Denim Day contest! Jeans can be posted on Instagram using #SACDENIMDAY. First prize will be a denim tote bag and second prize will be a sexual assault awareness t-shirt.
Winners will be announced on Denim Day the following week.
