Student ID Cards

Eligibility

Students are eligible for a San Antonio College (SAC) student ID if they:

• Are enrolled at San Antonio College
• Are registered for the current semester
• Have payment, a payment plan, or financial aid applied to their account

Obtaining Your Student ID

Students may obtain their student ID either in person or through the online ID request process.

In-Person Requests

Students requesting an ID in person must present:

• Banner ID Number
• Valid photo identification

The first student ID is provided at no cost.

Online Requests

To support students during peak registration periods and reduce wait times, SAC offers an online student ID request process beginning approximately one week before the start of each semester and continuing through two weeks after the first day of class.

Students can initiate the process by completing the ID Request form and submitting their photo and required documentation electronically to sac-id@alamo.edu for review.

Approved students will receive instructions for scheduling a student ID pickup appointment.

Photo Submission Requirements

Photos must:

• Clearly show your full face
• Be taken without glasses, sunglasses or hats
• Use a plain background
• Contain only the student
• Be free of filters and special effects

Replacement Student IDs

Replacement student IDs are available for a $10 fee, payable to the Business Office prior to issuance.
