Students without a smartphone may use their St. Philip's College Student ID when boarding, if applicable. Dual Credit, Early High School Graduate, and Continuing Education (CE) students are not eligible for the VIA U-Pass because they do not pay the Campus Access Fee. For complete eligibility requirements and instructions, please review the Alamo Colleges Parking and Transportation webpage.
