Welcome from the President

President Ric BaserNorthwest Vista College is an exciting place committed to student success. Our faculty and staff are dedicated to providing students with the highest quality educational experience and fulfilling our mission of Creating Opportunities for Success.

For those who are entering college for the very first time, we provide guidance to help students transition easily to higher education. For those who are returning, Northwest Vista College offers support services to quickly obtain needed skills, a degree or certification. For those who want to learn something new within an hour or two, the college has personal enrichment classes for kids, adults and senior citizens.

Students and visitors can expect to find a beautiful campus and meet new friends from all walks of life. Our campus community embraces diversity in the traditional sense, and also diversity of thought and conversation in an increasingly globalized world.

At NVC, something wonderful is happening every day. Students achieve their dreams or discover their calling. Our graduates are making a difference through service and leadership. They leave NVC and transform our community in ways both large and small; in ways that fuel our communities and touch thousands of lives.
