Scobee Education Center
The Scobee Education Center at San Antonio College is dedicated to engaging our students and community in life-changing experiences that inspire the pathways to STEAM careers.
We are located on the San Antonio College campus near the western entrance at San Pedro Avenue and W. Myrtle Street.
Guests are specifically directed to park in Garage #3, located off of San Pedro Avenue to avoid parking fees on Friday nights. Parking elsewhere on campus requires payment after 10:00 p.m.
Friday Night Planetarium Shows
The 6:30 p.m. show is an animated, child friendly program for all ages. Children must be 6 years old or older to be admitted to the 8:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. programs. Tickets can be purchased online one week in advance and are also available through the Lackey Camper-Casper Ticket Booth in the center after the doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Registration for 2026-27 SEC School Programs
School registration for the academic year 2026-2027 is now open. Teachers wishing to secure dates and times for their classes 'must' have the school administrator's approval before securing their registration to avoid costly cancellations due to transportation of personnel constraints faced by our area ISDs.
Please email sac-ScobeeCtr@alamo.edu or call our main line, (210) 486-0100, to discuss options for programming; however, no dates and times will be scheduled until the approved regisitration forms are on file and a program verification has been received.
