Please join us for this guided meditation on mindfulness of breathing. Meditation on the breath is an excellent practice for calming the mind and reducing stress. Meditation can help us to develop clarity and concentration.

This guided meditation will provide basic instructions for beginners, followed by questions & answers. No prior experience is necessary.

Led by Kruba Chris Bhikkhu

Kruba Chris is a resident monk at the San Antonio Zen Center. He lived for six years at Forest Dhamma Monastery in Virginia. He studied with Ven. Ajaan Dick Sīlaratano and Christopher Titmuss. He is originally from San Antonio.
