Loan Equipment Distribution Center

A reservation is required for all equipment requests.

San Antonio College's Office of Technology Services (OTS) provides the SAC community with technology resources that support the college's vision to be nationally recognized for student success and best practices. Conveniently located at Moody Learning Center (MLC), Room 207, the Loan Equipment Distribution Center offers IT support through walk-ins and reservations for loaner laptops. However, they do not provide IT support for personal laptops. For assistance with personal laptops, please visit the Ace Tech Store. Additionally, for ACES resets, please call the Help Desk at 210-486-0777.

Note: Please provide a Banner ID to request services. Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Starting Spring 2024

Students will be required to use their own ACES username and create a new password for computer login on loaner laptops. In case you forget your account information, please visit us in person to reset your account during our business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at MLC 207. Please note that the help desk will not be able to assist with account resets.
