What is Staff Senate?
The Staff Senate is a representative body dedicated to supporting the success and well-being of NLC employees. It promotes open communication by providing a platform for all staff to share ideas, feedback, and concerns. The Senate works to enhance the overall workplace environment, foster engagement, and support initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience. Additionally, it serves as a direct liaison between staff and the NLC President, Dr. Veronica Garcia, ensuring that employee perspectives are effectively communicated and considered.
