Bio:
I am an educator in the life and exercise sciences, with an interdisciplinary background in molecular biology, physiology, and engineering. With more than a decade of experience in research and teaching, I am devoted to evidence-based, inclusive, and innovative science education. My work explores the meeting point between the science of life and the meaning of life—where biology becomes not just knowledge to be learned, but a language for understanding ourselves and the world we share.
