STEM - In Your Element

Join Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas in partnership with Northwest Vista College for this free community event. Northwest Vista College student organizations and academic departments will join us to offer interactive STEM activities and showcase how STEM is used in education, careers, and everyday life.

Come explore, create, and discover through exciting hands-on STEM activities for the whole family! Participants can enjoy LEGO building activities, coding robots, aviation experiences, and interactive STEM challenges. 

The event will also feature the Boeing Aerospace Patch Partner patch, highlighting the exciting world of aviation and helping participants discover how STEM plays a role in designing, building, and flying aircraft. Girls and families can also get creative by making Girl Scout SWAPS to trade and share with others.

No matter what she loves - building, creating, coding, designing, experimenting, or simply trying something new - there's a place for every girl to discover her spark.
