I began my journey at Northwest Vista College as a student back in September 2003. I quickly took an interview for a work-study position in the brand-new call center for the college. Fast forward over 20 years, and I am the current team leader for the Testing and Assessment Center, supporting our Enrollment Services and Student Success areas. I was the inaugural certified advisor who helped launch our new bachelor’s degree in cloud computing. I have worked on numerous teams, including First-year Experience and Graduation, while also leading other initiatives, such as implementing the advising chat service and grand-level leadership in creating and launching an online orientation system.
