SAC Tech Store is not responsible for data loss. It is recommended that customers back up their data before service.
Data back-up service can be added to any repair service for an additional fee.
*Data loss is always a possibility even with a back-up. We are not held liable for any data loss for any reason.*
 
SAC Tech Store is not responsible for additional problems that occur during repair. Although rare, when fixing one issue, additional
issues may be discovered. Repair of additional issues will be at customer's expense with approval.
  
SAC Tech Store will dispose of devices not picked up within 60 days after repair completion.

Important Information:  All software must be purchased or provided before installation.  Please backup your data before leaving your system, or your data may be lost.  If your system will not boot, and you request we attempt data backup, this will result in additional labor fees.  We cannot guarantee that a backup will be successful.  Under normal circumstances, diagnosis is same days. The beginning of a school semester or  during a virus outbreak, diagnosis can take longer than normal.  Part orders may effect turnaround time as well. Labor warranty does not apply to virus removal.
