About Jennifer Holmquist

Professor Holmquist is a career public servant, previously serving the City of San Antonio and the Public Affairs Department of the San Antonio Water System for a combined eleven years. She transitioned to a new career as an instructional mentor with Liberty University in 2014 and as a faculty member at Alamo Colleges in 2018. She has a master's degree in public administration from Texas State University-San Marcos and a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Texas-San Antonio and currently completing courses toward a PhD. in Public Policy.
