Faculty Resources and Guidelines

PLEASE NOTE: The Vista Learning Hub located in Cypress Campus Center Building 17 will now serve as the designated location for students completing Standard Course Exams and Make Ups.

Before students can schedule an exam at CES, as their instructor you must submit an Exam Form (linked below) for each student requiring a course exam service. The CES Teams only administers exams that are accompanied by this Exam Form (linked below) with specific instructions from you, the instructor. Once the Exam Form is submitted and reviewed, students will receive an e-mail to their student ACES e-mail with information on scheduling their exam. Please inform your student(s) to monitor their ACES student email with a link to schedule their appointment.

To submit the online exam form, faculty will sign in to Microsoft 365 using their ACES e-mail and then sign in to ACES before the form launches. If already logged into Microsoft 365, it may take a moment to access the sign-in information before the page loads. Personal Microsoft 365 accounts cannot access the online exam form.
