Request for Funding

This form is for Extracurricular Student Activity Fee funding (not tied to an academic program of study). 

 

Please ensure that before filling out this request you have read the Student Activity Fee Process and Guidelines

 

  • This form may only be submitted by a NVC employee
  • Student Clubs and Organizations must request funding as noted in their Registered Student Handbook
  • All requests must be made at least 2 months prior to your event.  If your request is approved, the event must be submitted through AlamoEXPERIENCE and credit must be given to student participants (to show on their non-academic transcript).
  • Prior to requesting funds, all requests must be made by an NVC employee and must be approved by their respective chair/dean/director.
  • Approval may be provided in partial or full.
  • Submission of funding request does not constitute approval. All requests will be reviewed by the Student Activities Fee Committee and a reply will be given within 72 hours.
  • All approvals are tentative provided all proper documentation is received and deadlines are met. This includes contracts being signed by all parties prior to services.
  • Any appeals must be provided to the Director of Student Life and the Vice President of Student Success. Thank you for your time and have a good day!
