Showcase Your Creative Work

The Fine Arts Program provides students with opportunities to exhibit artwork, gain professional experience, and engage with the campus and surrounding arts community. These experiences develop professional portfolios, strengthen presentation skills, and build confidence as emerging artists.

The NVC Annual Juried Student Exhibition showcases outstanding student artwork created throughout the academic year across a variety of media. Selected works are on display every summer in the Palmetto Center for the Arts Gallery.

•  $500 - President's Office prize
•  $300 - Staff Senate prize
•  $300 - Faculty Senate prize
call for art sq.jpg Each spring semester, all NVC students are invited to submit artwork. Watch for the CALL FOR ART announcement detailing submission dates and guidelines. Selected works are eligible for one of three Purchase Prize Awards, with winning artwork becoming part of the Northwest Vista College Permanent Art Collection.

This exhibition highlights the diverse works of art alumni from NVC, showcasing the evolution of their talents since their time at our college. An Art Alumni Discussion Panel brings together accomplished alumni to share their experiences, celebrate their achievements, and offer current students practical insight into careers in the arts.
