Student Refund Petitions
Students are encouraged to fill out a student petitions for any justifiable balance discrepancies, Refunds, Medical withdrawals, death of someone close etc. Supporting documentation must be provided with the Student Petition form i.e. emails, screenshots, medical records, obituaries etc. The dates, occurrence, duration and how it negatively affected your coursework must be included on the supporting documentation. All must coincide with the term in question. There needs to be undeniable proof of hardship. Grade changes, three-peat rule or anything that requires departmental decisions are not done through the petition process. The Committee will not review anything over a year.

Healthy Futures of Texas
Healthy Futures of Texas believes that everyone should have access to the best information to make good decisions about sexual and reproductive health. The mission of Healthy Futures of Texas is to improve the well-being of young Texans through access to sexual health education, contraception, and resources. We address the increasing barriers that young people in Texas face to obtain quality sex education, access to contraception and sexual healthcare, and expand into related areas of young adult health.

Lost and Found
Step 1: Turn in Found Items
- Bring items to the designated campus location: Loftin Student Center, Room 256
- Important: Food or soiled items are not accepted. These items are disposed of immediately.
- Retention: Perishable or soiled items are discarded right away.
Step 2: Retention Period
- Basic information about the item will be recorded.
- Items are held for 30 days.
Step 3: Claiming Items
- Individuals must present a valid ID to claim an item.
- Items can be claimed at any time during the 30-day retention period.
Step 4: Disposal or Donation
After 30 days, unclaimed items will be either:
- Donated, or
- Discarded
