NVC Collaborative Teams
About Collaborative Teams
As part of the Vista Ways of Working, the following Collaborative Teams are designed to bring people to the table with clear purpose and shared responsibility. This is where we connect strategy to action, reduce fragmentation, and ensure that our work is aligned in service of access, completion, and post-graduation success for our students.
Collaborative Teams
The purpose of the Vista Completion Collaborative is to support institutional completion goals by coordinating evidence-based strategies and interventions that increase persistence, credit momentum, credential attainment, and equitable outcomes.
The purpose of the Transfer Success Collaborative is to Strengthen transfer pathways, university partnerships, and student transitions into bachelor’s degree programs to support long-term mobility and regional educational attainment.
The purpose of the Enrollment & Pathways Collaborative is to strengthen and align all front-end enrollment pathways including recruitment, outreach, dual credit, early access, and first-year transitions to ensure strong pipelines, smooth onboarding, and early academic momentum for incoming students.
The purpose of the Emerging Technologies & Expansion Collaborative is to Advance the design, development, and successful launch of the School of Emerging Technologies (SET) and guide all academic, partnership, and campus expansion elements that support Vista’s multi-campus growth strategy.
