OTS manages the college's technology infrastructure and offers a wide range of services to assist members of faculty, staff and students with their technical needs. Our Mission is to provide the San Antonio College community with reliable and secure information technology infrastructure and services.

The OTS Technical Support Unit serves the San Antonio College Community as one of the key resources for supporting your information technology needs. Our staff can assist you with solutions for a variety of technology related issues such as: basic computing problems, software and hardware issues, and password recovery assistance.
