The Alamo Colleges District and our family of five colleges- Northeast Lakeview College, Northwest Vista College, Palo Alto College, San Antonio College and St. Philip’s College play a key role in addressing the local skills gaps and meeting the specific needs of area employers.
Governmental Relations & Student Support
We help support more than 7,000 jobs and add more than $816 million in economic output annually in the Alamo region.
The Alamo Colleges Government & Community Relations team serves as the liaison between the Alamo Colleges and governmental entities at the local, state and federal level. Our job is to educate and advocate for strong policies that support quality higher education.
This includes the Alamo Colleges legislative agenda which is crafted in collaboration with the board of trustees, chancellor, campus presidents, executive administration, and other key stakeholders.
