Co-ed Cross Country Club Sports Team We're looking for first-time and experienced runners to compete in local 5k and 10k events, or just to run with other students for exercise and fun!!

Joining the Team

Some H.S. experience
Must be taking a min. of 3 classes (9hrs) fall & spring semester
Must maintain a 2.50 GPA
Meet with all instructors and complete the Midterm Accountability Plan at the 8 week period each semester
Available to meet all practice’s, days and time announce during try-outs for each sport
Basketball practice Mon, Tues evenings and Friday afternoon, games on Wed. evenings, Women @ 6pm, Men @ 8:00pm
Volleyball practice Mon - Wed mornings, games on Thurs. evenings @ 7pm
Men & Women Soccer practice Tues, Wed, Thurs mornings, games on Saturday, times varies
Cross Country practice Mon - Thur, time varies, running events on Saturday mornings
