How does “on-demand” support work?

• Faculty can access a Zoom room from the Remote Ready Boot Camp: Faculty Course or from this link.
• Instructional Designers, Senior Multimedia Specialists, and Faculty Development professionals will provide on-demand support for Zoom or Canvas during posted times.
• These HELP sessions are all Q & A to help you prepare for Remote Finals – not a training session.
• Break-out rooms to deliver individual support will be provided.
