Do you need to complete a CE student admissions profile?

Has it been more than a year since you've been enrolled in a CE class?

You've taken a CE course within a year and need to obtain your ACES username?

CE Terms:

CE Fall (Sept. – Nov.)

CE Winter (Dec. –Feb.)

What is the purpose of a Student Admissions Profile?
  • Student Admissions Profile is an online admissions form for Continuing Education.
  • A student must complete a Student Admission Profile to be admitted for Continuing Education.
  • Student Admission profile is good for a year if the student registers.

What if i get an error message?

If there are issues with the profile an error message will appear asking the student to contact our office. The most common error messages are below.

Suspense Error

Verified Error

Should the student receive errors or have questions on their profile they may email

 dst-CECSI@alamo.edu with the following:

Student Name

Contact Number

Profile Login ID student created

Error message received

What if there is a hold on my student account?

If the student has a hold on their account this message will appear.

Students can click view holds to see what the hold is for.

If the student has academic holds, they can email CETier2@alamo.edu and a staff member can assist the student with registration.

If the student has a bursar hold, they must email     dst-CECSI@alamo.edu and a staff member can assist the student.
