Payment Deadlines

Students who have registered for classes but have not arranged payment before a payment deadline risk being dropped for non-payment.

Payment deadlines are at 7:30 p.m. on the following dates.

How do I view and pay my account?
  • Log into ACES  
  • Open the menu 
  • Select ‘All Cards’ 
  • Type “Bill” in the search bar and the ‘Student Account’ card will appear
  • Select the second option, ‘Pay Your Bill’
  • Select Virtual Business Office (online payments)

  • Select Enroll in Payment Plan

  • Select a term (semester)  
  • Select a Payment Plan  
  • Enter when you would like these payments to be due  
  • Click Select a Payment Method 
  • Select Agree to Terms 
  • Select Print Agreement

How do I check my financial aid award status and requirements?

Check your financial aid status in ACES by clicking on the left menu bar and selecting “Paying For College.” You may view your awards and requirements in the link.

  • Students with a Financial Aid award posted for the term do not need to make payment arrangements.
  • If you are registered and have a financial aid award, your bill will be paid automatically.
  • If your file has not been processed or your requirements are not completed, you need to make payment arrangements to avoid being dropped from your classes.

What if I don’t have enough financial aid funds to cover my tuition and fees?

Your tuition and fees will be covered up to the amount of your financial aid award. To avoid being dropped for non-payment, you must ensure payment of any remaining difference before the tuition deadline.

Log in to ACES and compare your financial aid award with your tuition and fees balance. If you have a remaining balance, you may pay in full or by enrolling in the Financial Aid Payment Plan.
