HOW IT WORKS

Your Apprenticeship Journey

A structured, supported path from interest to industry credential – with a paycheck every step of the way.

1. Discovery

Connect with a Navigator

Your Dedicated Apprenticeship Navigator assesses your goals, matches you with an employer, and walks you through enrollment – all at no cost.

2. Registration

Sign Your Apprenticeship Agreement

Formalize your paid position with a DOL-registered employer and enroll in related technical instruction at your home campus.

3. Earn & Learn

Work, Study, and Advance

Combine on-the-job hours with college coursework. Wages increase as you gain competencies – typically 2,000–8,000 hours over the program duration.

4. Completion

Earn Your Certificate of Completion

Graduate with a nationally recognized DOL Certificate of Completion, college credential, and full-time employment – often at the same company.
