2. Registration Sign Your Apprenticeship AgreementFormalize your paid position with a DOL-registered employer and enroll in related technical instruction at your home campus. |

3. Earn & Learn Work, Study, and AdvanceCombine on-the-job hours with college coursework. Wages increase as you gain competencies – typically 2,000–8,000 hours over the program duration. |

4. Completion Earn Your Certificate of CompletionGraduate with a nationally recognized DOL Certificate of Completion, college credential, and full-time employment – often at the same company. |
