CPR/BLS Healthcare Prof

8 Hours

Earn American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) training while developing emergency response skills used in healthcare settings. Students learn CPR techniques, AED operation, ventilation procedures, and life-saving interventions for medical emergencies in clinical and community environments.

Nursing Assistant

73 Hours

Prepare for entry-level patient care roles by developing the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to support residents in long-term care settings. Students learn patient safety, communication, resident rights, observation and reporting, infection control, and daily care procedures while emphasizing compassionate, team-based healthcare practices.

Nursing Assistant/Clinical

Gain supervised clinical experience providing patient care in healthcare environments. Students apply classroom knowledge and hands-on skills while building confidence in patient support, safety procedures, communication, and professional healthcare practices.

CNA Certification Review

This success course gives adult learners the hands-on practice they need to thrive in a healthcare training program. Guided by Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) principles, participants strengthen reading, writing, math, and digital skills while mastering the fundamentals of bedside care used in long-term care facilities and hospitals. The curriculum aligns with Texas Workforce Commission Integrated Education and Training (IET) requirements, ensuring that academic instruction, workforce preparation, and occupational training happen side-by-side.
