About Johnathan Bailey

Johnathan Bailey earned an Associate's Degree from Navarro College, a Bachelor's Degree from East Texas A&M University, and a Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from Texas A&M University under Dr. Daniel Singleton. He began teaching in the Spring of 2026, but he learned during graduate school that teaching was where his career would go. Before beginning teaching Chemistry at Northeast Lakeview College, he worked in the biotechnology sector doing organic, polymer, and surfactant synthesis. In his free time, he is an avid amateur astronomer, and will happily show you the sky at many star parties held around the San Antonio and New Braunfels area.
