The NVC Complaints system helps us to respond to student complaints or campus issues. A written student complaint is filed by completing the form below. Complaints may be filed through this process if there is a concern or dissatisfaction with a person, service, or process that requires clarification, investigation, and resolution.
Upon receipt, the complaint will be directed to the appropriate department for resolution.
You will receive an automatic reply when this is received and you will receive a response from the appropriate department within 10 business days.
