GED (High School Equivalency)
High School Equivalency
In partnership with the Alamo Colleges District and the Alamo Adult Education Program, our High School Equivalency/GED® prep program offers free morning, afternoon, face-to-face, or self-paced course options to meet a variety of needs.
The program prepares learners for all four GED® exam subject areas:
- Mathematics
- Language arts
- Social studies
- Science
Learners also receive practice tests and GED® exam vouchers. With a strong support system and experienced instructors, students develop the math, writing, reading, and critical thinking skills needed to earn a Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency (TxCHSE). As students near completion, the program provides guidance on career or college planning.
