Using your tuition benefits

For more information about eligible programs and tuition benefits instructions, find your company’s tuition assistance policy on the Bright Horizons EdAssist web portal.

Depending on your company’s policy, you will either need to submit a letter of credit or apply for reimbursement.

  • Letter of credit

To apply for your letter of credit, log in to the web portal. You will need to submit a new letter of credit for each term to the business office at dst-vbo2@alamo.edu.

  • Reimbursement

Log in to the web portal at the end of the semester to submit your final grades and bill for reimbursement. For help with this process, you can find the EdAssist team’s contact information on the web portal.
