MSS has full-time offices at JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Lackland, and Randolph. We provide information, enrollment services, and advocacy primarily for active-duty families.

We provide courses on JBSA installations, on campus, and online. Active military has priority for all JBSA installation courses. SPC saves seats in online and campus courses for our Military & veteran-connected families. |

MyCAA | Military Spouse Scholarship |

|
|
The Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) Program offers up to $4000 for qualified military spouses towards a degree or certificate. Spouses are encouraged to check MyCAA to qualify for funding for their program at St. Philip's College! |

Military Residency Verification

Payments & Payment Deferments for TA & MyCAA Students |
||
|
|
Sometimes payment deadlines come before funding is approved or before request windows open. We provide payment deferments for students with delayed federal funding such as TA, VA, or MyCAA. Don't get dropped! Contact us if you have any questions. Students with an outstanding balance from a previous semester secured by deferment will not be eligible for subsequent deferments until the previous balance is paid. |
