NOTICE OF RUNOFF GENERAL ELECTION
ON SATURDAY, JUNE 13, 2026
TO ELECT TRUSTEE, DISTRICT 9

On May 12, 2026, at a Special Board Meeting, the Alamo Community College District (ACCD) Board of Trustees canvassed the results of the May 2, 2026 election for Trustee of single-member District Nine (9) and declared official the unofficial election results provided by the Bexar County Elections Administrator. Below is a summary of the votes cast.

The election results showed that none of the four candidates received a majority of the votes and called a runoff election with the two candidates who received the most votes: Robert Garcia and Carolyn Delecour. At the Special Board Meeting, Trustee incumbents who were unopposed in the May 2, 2026 election, Dr. Lorena “Lorraine” Pulido and Dr. Clint Kingsbery, were sworn in to serve new six-year terms as Trustees for single-member District Four (4) and single-member District Eight (8), respectively.

The Runoff Election to elect an ACCD Trustee for single-member District Nine (9) will be conducted on June 13, 2026. The candidates are Robert Garcia and Carolyn Delecour. Early Voting in District 9 will be conducted on June 1–June 9, 2026. The times and locations are listed below under Orders and on the Bexar County Elections Administration Website.
