The Board declared that the majority of resident, qualified voters in Bexar County who casted votes in the election voted FOR (in favor of) the proposition for the Alamo Colleges District to issue $987 million in general obligation bonds. The bond election results were certified by the Bexar County Elections Administrator Michele Carew.

The Board of Trustees, Chancellor, and College Presidents are deeply grateful for the trust voters have placed on ACD leadership. The bonds will allow ACD to achieve its moonshot of partnering to end poverty through education and training the rapidly growing region served by ACD.

The bond will fund new academic and workforce facilities and expand opportunities for thousands more students in the years to come.
