The Alamo Colleges Police Department (ACPD)

Proudly Serving the Alamo Colleges District The Alamo Colleges Police Department provides law enforcement and security services to all components of the Alamo Colleges, including academic campuses and a variety of satellite facilities in its service region, including Bexar and Guadalupe counties. The Department has 125 authorized positions: 101 state-certified Peace Officers, 15 Communications Officers, and 9 Administrative Support Personnel. The Department maintains a fully staffed Criminal Investigations Division and a 24/7/365 Emergency Communications Center with full interoperability capabilities.

ACPD also provides students, faculty, and staff with access to Rave Guardian, a free mobile app that connects users with ACPD in the event of an on-campus emergency.

Through Rave Guardian, users can get emergency alerts, set safety timers, report crime tips, and communicate directly with ACPD.
