| Please note:
If you don’t have insurance, your visit to an Alamo Colleges Wellness360 clinic could be as low as $5, whether it’s your first visit or a follow-up with our Psychiatric or Family Nurse Practitioners. If you do have insurance and we’re in your network, the amount you pay depends on your plan’s “office visit” copay, which can be different for each person. |

TimelyCare
Download the TimelyCare app and register with your student email for free, 24/7 support from a TimelyCare professional and other mental health resources. Access counseling or psychiatric help, and utilize self-guided tools such as meditation, yoga, and stress management tips to stay balanced.
Students seeking psychiatric support must meet with an ACD Counselor or a TimelyCare Counselor to get a referral first.

Great question! Counseling Services are offered by licensed mental health professionals who discuss challenges that impact a student’s well-being. The services include safety assessments and utilizing evidence-based techniques to help students address personal, social, and mental health issues. Providers help students learn new skills and strategies that lead to self-discovery and long-term change.
Psychiatric Services are offered by psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses who diagnose mental health conditions and treat them through medication management. They also discuss the biological and psychological elements of a mental health disorder.
