The Community Garden promotes food production, community involvement, and food security at PAC. It enhances other campus initiatives, such as the food pantry and biannual Food Fairs, with support from the San Antonio Food Bank.

Every Fall, the SPC community comes together to fight hunger. The Hunger Banquet consists of a food drive that ultimately culminates in an interactive event that highlights poverty and its effect on food inequities.
