The Alamo Colleges District is seeking a visionary Vice Chancellor for Economic Mobility and Workforce Development to lead regional strategies that expand access to education, strengthen employer partnerships, and advance economic opportunity across South Texas.
Reporting directly to Chancellor Dr. Mike Flores, this leader will oversee ACD’s workforce programs, regional training centers, and strategic partnerships with business, government, and community organizations. Joining the District at a time of unprecedented growth fueled by a $987 million bond, the vice chancellor will help shape the future of workforce education through innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to economic and social mobility.
