NOTICE OF ELECTION OF ACCD BOARD OF TRUSTEES
UNIFORM GENERAL ELECTION ON
SATURDAY, MAY 2, 2026

On January 20, 2026, at a regular meeting, the Alamo Community College District (ACCD) Board of Trustees will call a General Election on the Uniform Election Date of Saturday, May 2, 2026 to elect three Trustees to the Board of Trustees to serve six-year terms for single-member Districts Four (4), Eight (8), and Nine (9).

The terms of the incumbents expire in May 2026. The incumbents are Dr. Lorena “Lorraine” Pulido, Trustee for single-member District Four (4); Dr. Clint Kingsbery, Trustee for single-member District Eight (8); and Leslie Sachanowicz, Trustee for single-member District Nine (9).

The ACCD Trustee General Election will be conducted by the Bexar County Elections Administration Department and jointly with other political subdivisions in Bexar County.

Application for a Place on the Ballot (ACCD)


First Day to File Application: Wednesday, January 14, 2026
Last Day to File Application: Friday, February 13, 2026
Last Day to Apply as Write-in Candidate: February 17, 2026

 

Filing Authority: Secretary of the Board of Trustees

Applications for a Place on the Ballot for ACCD Trustee must be filed with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees and must be signed and dated before a notary before filing. Applications for a Place on the Ballot may be filed:

  1. By mail, addressed to Secretary, Board of Trustees, 2222 N. Alamo St., Third Floor, San Antonio, Texas 78215. Denise Wilson, Board Liaison, is designated to receive applications by mail on behalf of the Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

  2. In person by delivering to the Receptionist at 2222 N. Alamo St., San Antonio, Texas 78215, the Application in an envelope, addressed to Secretary of Board of Trustees. Denise Wilson,  Board Liaison, and the Office of Legal Services are designated to receive applications delivered the Receptionist.

  3. By email to Secretary, Board of Trustees, sent to the email address of Denise Wilson, Board Liaison, at lwilson158@alamo.edu.

  4. By faxing the Application to the Office of Legal Services at 210-486-9863.


Application Time Deadline.
No matter how filed, an Application for a Place on the Ballot must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the deadline date. A postmark is not sufficient.
