ACCD Board of Trustees Election Information

On January 20, 2026, the Alamo Community College District (ACCD) Board of Trustees called a General Election on the Uniform Election Date of Saturday, May 2, 2026 to elect three Trustees to the Board of Trustees to serve six-year terms for single-member Districts Four (4), Eight (8), and Nine (9).

The terms of the incumbents expire in May 2026. The incumbents are Dr. Lorena “Lorraine” Pulido, Trustee for single-member District Four (4); Dr. Clint Kingsbery, Trustee for single-member District Eight (8); and Leslie Sachanowicz, Trustee for single-member District Nine (9).

The ACCD Trustee General Election will be conducted by the Bexar County Elections Administration Department and jointly with other political subdivisions in Bexar County.

CANDIDATES FOR ACCD BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The names for District 9 are listed above in order by first date of application. Candidates for Trustee District 9 will be given notice of a drawing for a place on the ballot to be conducted on February 23, 2026. Per the Texas Election Code, the Elections for Single Member Districts 8 and 9 will be cancelled by Order of the Board of Trustees.

All candidates are subject to the requirements of the Texas Ethics Commission for reporting campaign contributions and expenses. Filing campaign finance reports is the responsibility of the candidate, not the campaign treasurer. Candidates are encouraged to consult TEC and its website for information.
