Providing easy access to employee resources and information is vital to our organization. Below is a list of resources for our faculty and staff.

Verification of Employment

Send all employment requests to dst-VOE@alamo.edu. This incudes: mortgage, health, college loan type items for current and former employees and/or background checks.
All VOEs are handled the same each with a turnaround of 48-72 hours and processed in order received - returned to the document originator.

Tax Forms

Employee tax forms are available in ACES. Former and retired employees can access ACES by following the directions underneath the log in that says, “Former Students and Employees Log-in To ACES Instructions.”
