Intro to Heavy Structures

12 Hours

Explore the fundamentals of aircraft and heavy structures manufacturing while building the academic and workplace skills needed for training and career success. Students learn about industry roles, workplace expectations, safety practices, and foundational concepts used in aerospace and manufacturing environments.

OSHA 10 General Safety

12 Hours

Gain industry-recognized safety training focused on OSHA standards, workplace hazard awareness, injury prevention, and safe work practices used in manufacturing and industrial environments. Students learn how to identify, prevent, and respond to common workplace safety risks while strengthening safety compliance knowledge.

Heavy Structures

112 Hours

Develop hands-on technical skills used in aircraft structure manufacturing and assembly. Students learn drilling techniques, fastener installation, deburring procedures, tool usage, and blueprint interpretation while working with aluminum structures according to industry specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

Success in Heavy Structures

24 Hours

Strengthen workplace readiness skills through hands-on learning focused on communication, math, digital literacy, and professional manufacturing practices. Students build foundational knowledge of tools, equipment, and workplace expectations used in the aircraft structures and manufacturing industry.
