Foundational Knowledge

Develop a strong foundation in medical terminology and healthcare vocabulary used in clinical and administrative settings. Students learn medical word structure, prefixes, suffixes, abbreviations, pronunciation, and terminology essential for success in healthcare office environments.

CPR/BLS Healthcare Prof

8 Hours

Earn American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) training while developing emergency response skills used in healthcare settings. Students learn CPR techniques, AED operation, ventilation procedures, and life-saving interventions for medical emergencies in clinical and community environments.

Communication & Professionalism

Build professional communication and technology skills used in modern medical offices. Students strengthen Microsoft Word and Excel skills while learning workplace professionalism, digital productivity tools, and office software applications that support efficient healthcare operations.

Medical Law & Ethics
