If you have taken classes at one of the Alamo Colleges in the last year, please visit your home college's Advising Center for assistance with registration, course selection, and navigating your ACES account. View Advising Info

The Welcome Center at the District’s ACCESS Building, just north of downtown San Antonio, is available to help people discover opportunities across the ACD’s Colleges and Education and Training Centers.

Whether individuals want to learn more or are ready to get started, the Welcome Center can help guide new, transferring, and returning students through the steps of the admissions and enrollment process.

At the Welcome Center, visitors will find a welcoming space with free Wi-Fi, devices to assist with enrollment tasks, and a designated play area for children while their caregiver takes the next steps toward their future.

Parking:
Dedicated guest parking for the Welcome Center is available on-site, in front of the ACCESS Building near the flags. Visitors may also park in any available general parking space.

Fall 2025 Hours of Operation

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
First Saturday of Every Month (September–December): 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

November 24–26: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
December 15–19: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
