Campus Citations

 

Parking Violations & Fees

Each parking violation carries a fine, with fees increasing based on how quickly payment is made:

  • $16 – if paid within 10 school/work days of the violation date

  • $21 – if paid between 11–20 school/work days

  • $27 – if paid after 20 school/work days

How to Pay:

  • In person at the Bursar’s Office (bring your citation notice)

  • Or contact the Bursar’s Office to make online payment arrangements

 

Campus Citation Appeals

Each Alamo Colleges District campus has a Campus Citation Appeals Committee to ensure due process for any citation recipient.

How to Appeal a Citation:

  • Submit your appeal within 10 school/work days from the date the citation was issued.

  • Use the official Campus Citation Appeal Form (available on each college’s website).

  • Email the completed form as an attachment to your campus’s appeal committee using the appropriate address below.

Alamo Colleges Campus Citations may be appealed within ten (10) working/school days from the date of the citation by filing a "Citation Appeal Form" with the Campus Citation Appeals Committee.

  • Complete the form fully and follow all instructions.

  • You must include a return email address to receive a response.

  • Appeals submitted after 10 school/work days will be rejected.

  • You will receive an email decision within 10 business days of submission.

If your appeal is denied and the citation is upheld, you’ll need to pay the fine based on the time elapsed minus the appeal review period.
