The Office of Workplace Learning at Alamo Colleges invites employers to connect with our diverse talent pool for entry-level hiring needs. With a wide range of academic fields, we make it easy to market your positions directly to qualified students.

Through the Employer-Student Connection program, you can build your workforce and mentor future professionals, while students gain career-relevant experience that strengthens their post-graduation prospects.

Students may be recruited and hired to work as:

• Regular part-time employees
• Regular full-time employees
• Part-time interns (with a specified end date, with the option to extend the internship)
• Full-time interns (with a specified end date, with the option to extend the internship)
