In an effort to protect your confidential and personally identifiable information, SFA accepts documents submitted via ACES upload, fax, postal mail, or in-person. Please include your BANNER ID on all documents submitted.

Documents may NOT be submitted via email.

SFA will never contact you to ask for bank, Social Security, or other personal information. If you have any questions, please contact your campus financial aid office.
