Understanding Maymester Financial Aid

Both Maymester and Summer I-8 week courses are unique short terms that do not have their own financial aid award & pay out date before classes start.
Students must pay the costs of their Maymester and Summer I-8 week tuition and fees up front by the May 9th payment due date to avoid being dropped for non-payment
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, your Maymester and Summer I-8 week enrollment counts towards your financial aid eligibility for the Summer semester - as long as you are also enrolled in any of the following Summer terms.
- Summer I-5 week, Summer II-8 week, Summer-10 week, Summer III-8 week, and Summer II-5 week
- The first Summer financial aid pay out date is May 26th, 2024
Students can view their tuition and fees balance & pay for their Maymester or Summer I-8 week courses on ACES.
- Refer to the Virtual Business office for further guidance if needed.
- Students must complete their payment by May 9th at 7:30 pm to avoid their courses being dropped.
- Students who only enroll in Maymester and Summer I-8 week courses are not eligible for a Payment Plan or summer financial aid.
