Return any laptops borrowed from your college’s IT department by Saturday, May 16, 2026.
Unreturned devices will result in a transcript hold, blocking access to official transcripts and future laptop checkouts.

Loaner Laptops
Each of the Alamo Colleges has a limited number of loaner laptops that students may borrow one semester at a time.
These devices must be returned by the end of the semester.
If we do not receive your laptop the following will occur:
- a transcript hold that restricts your ability to get an official transcript will be put on your account until you return it
- you will be ineligible to check out a laptop at any college.
To request a laptop, students should contact their home college's Information Technology department.
